In today's electronic components distribution industry, Unionup, as the preferred supplier of the world well-known enterprises, take strict quality control as the key to our success. Unionup has all along been committed to the "Zero Defect" quality management system and we have established a comprehensive quality management system, from supply chain management to single transaction monitoring, from suppliers grading system to quality inspection procedures.

Quality management has infiltrated into all aspects of our work. We keep an insatiable desire for innovation, constantly enrich our quality management system and strive for our "Zero Defect" management objectives.

 

 

1)Commitment to Quality
- Our QC department carries out Quality Management Syatem (ISO9001:2008) strictly in quality control. Beside that, we offer 365 days warranty for our parts.
2)Supplier Selection System
Unionup implements ISO9001:2008's rules strictly and has strict verification for suppliers.We have an efficient and advanced management system to verify our suppliers and they will be seperated by levels objectively. 
Level A: Manufacturer,Authorised distributor, Agent.
Level B: OEM, ODM,EMS.
Level C: 10+ years experience, yearly sales volume exceed 8 Million USD.
Level D: 5+ years experience, yearly sales volume exceed 5 Million USD.
Level E: New suppliers.
3)Quality Control Processes
1. External Inspection
We have strict external inspection for incoming parts and every detals will be recorded.
a. Out Box Inspection: We will check whether bag is in well condition and meets MSL requirements.
b. MFG part NO, Qty, D/C and RoHS status.
c. Part's outlook, pins, marking inspection. comparing it with official datasheet.
d. HS CODE examination, whether it is in accordance with shipping list.
2. Testing by Engineer
Further test will be taken for suspicious part in external inspection.
a. Acetone test.
b. Simple electrical test under 25℃
3. Assist Testing
3rd party test lab will be involved for further testing if parts fail Elite's test after confirming with supplier.
a. Solderability testing
b. D-Cap testing
c. Electronic Tesring
d. Manufacturer's testing analysis testing report
4)RMA Process
Unionup offer 180 days warranty for our parts.Customer should obey our returning rules for problem parts to get in-time resolution.
•Pls contact our sales representative for any part problem and below documents are necessary.
1.Pro-forma invoice and shipping list will help us to locate detail information for your parts accuratly in our system.
2.Pls email or fax us official test report for supplier or manufacturer's reference.
•Unionup will offer resolution for customer within 24 hours since RMA received.
•Unionup need customer offer to offer samples for suspicious parts and it will be forwarded to Manufacturer or a 3rd party test lab for further test to find out real problem.
•Unionup accept returning, full refund customer and taking all freight charge.
As a member of ISO9001:2000,Unionup has detailed record for returning and testing progress to avoid happening again.
